Clark’s FOT-SCP is a portable two-piece fiber optic microscope that can be used to inspect a variety of fiber contact types, including Lemo SMPTE 304M camera connectors. The FOT-SCP uses a two-piece design that is comprised of an easy-to-handle inspection probe and a mainframe display unit that allows for image capture, storage, and PC interfacing. Included with the scope are six positioner tips for 2.5mm, 2.0mm, and 1.25mm male ferrules, as well as versions for inspecting contacts already mated in ST, SC, LC, FC, and F2 couplers (female). In addition, the scope kit comes with a carrying case, micro-fiber cleaners, tip box, and power adapter. The unit internally contains a replaceable and rechargeable Li-Ion battery for remote operation.
